Hey- for school I have to teach my class something for 40 minutes- it can be anything. We (My Friend and I) were thinking about doing fashion clothes and how to apply make-up. Should we do it? Thanks for your help! I highly appreciate it!

yes. Your presentation should, be based on something that You know about and, enjoy and, You certainly seem enthusiastic, about it so, that is what I would go with.

Yes that sounds good for the girls but what are the boys going 2 think they may not be interested in fashion clothes or make-up!

That might interest the girls in your class...but the boys would phooey on you. Perhaps just teach something you know of as a hobby, or if you play an instrument....teach how it is played, or teach how to make something that you don't have to bake, for a treat....then pass it around, you will rule the whole class for that. I think you should do something that EVERYBODY would be interested in. I mean, if I was in your class, no offense, but it'd be a nightmare. I if you want to do something fashion and make-up related, then just teach the history of it, how it's done, and why people use it. Give people some paper to design their own stuff on.

If the class is all female, it sounds like a good idea. If there are guys in the class, you're likely to lose them with that presentation. If it's a mixed class, I think it should be gender friendly. Like maybe how to handle a checkbook. Something they will all need one day.

No, teach them something that can stimulate their mind!! Fashion clothes, and make-up is hardly inspiring them to want to learn.
