she's either just a really happy person who has trouble sitting still, putting sentences together, making sense in general, and not slurring her words...or she's on some sort of wonderful mood elevator.

Well shes can get REALLY drunk some times like in the Auditions she probbally has some sort of Alcohol in it why wouldnt they their in a hotel ALL day and there is alchol to drink So why Not?
