Randy
Paula is always like she's on drugs or somewhere out there in "lala" land. And she's too soft. She always let's someone bad with no talent in for "another chance"
And simon
well as you know. He is strict but he is very rude. It's just a bad trait in a person. He can say "you have no talent" but he doesn't have to have all those wise cracks thrown at people and make them cry.
Randy just seems like normal. Good judge. Good personality.

Simon. Randy is sometimes gets it wrong, or is too nice and Paula always agrees with Randy. So I say Simon.

Simon; he is the most realistic when it comes to details and specific aspects.
Details and specific aspects are the important things in this level of competition.
I like what Cindy said down there, but Randy just isn't very realistic.
