There is nothing wrong with wanting to be black. However, she shouldn't concern herself with something she cannot change. Tell her to be proud of herself. Take pride in her heritage. Just be you!
Why would you want to be like someone else? If you want to make a lasting impression, be yourself.

Identity crisis...just about everyone has one...she will learn to love her own culture, but she has to explore...nothing wrong with that...let her be whoever she wants to be...one day she'll wake up and realize she is perfectly fine just the way she is.
Until then just be her friend without judgement.
