Once, Delta H equals T delta S than the change in free energy of the system is zero, it means the reaction/physical state can not change further. It means the phase change must have taken place completely. For water the phase change from liquid water to gaseous water occurs at 100deg. C,therefore, DH=TDS will occur at 100deg. C or 373 K.
Answer D is correct.
