What reveiw does the Indiana Supreme court conduct on evidence in matters of disciplinary action trials?

In most cases, appeals courts DON'T review the evidence. The review the procedure of the trial court. If they determine the original trial was not conducted properly, they either throw out the case, or order a lower court to retry the case.
