Did you know that Clinton had an approval rating of 70% right after the Republican Congress tried to impeach him?
After the 'mortal sin'.
Bush now has a 70% DISapproval rating.
Coincidence?
Americans have a great sense of humour?
Or is this 'biblical justice'?

Well, Clinton was a great president. Attacking him is a fallacy ad hominem because his private affairs never directly affected his efficient, intelligent and masterful running of the country. Our national defecit was the lowest it had ever been, our economy was great and he was using diplomacy to solve many international issues. Bush on the other hand, has a poster boy image but has run our deficit into the ground with the largest in U.S. history, has ruined international diplomacy and does not know how to speak in public. He's just no good.

For those that are still fussing over the fact that Buush got to be president, it's time to remember that Clinton won the presidency with less than the popular vote, and less than Bush had. That's because at the time, Perot siphoned off the ultra conservatives. He had every right to do so, but the fact is that Bush was elected with a greater percentage of the popular vote than Clinton was.

When running for election, Clinton's motto for his campaign workers was "It's the economy, stupid." He understood the facts. Then his administration did in fact create prosperity for the country. We are still coasting on the Clinton prosperity today. But Bush and his neocon fundie pals have ruined us, maxing out America's credit cards, opening the way for your grandchildren to need to speak Chinese.

I'm not sure about your numbers but I don't get your question. I'm stunned that people can compare an affair to a war.
