Shipping out to Basic Training most likely violates the terms of your probation. Depending on what you are on probation for, at MINIMUM, you need a waver to get into the Military at all.

no, they will make you wait until you're off probation. Also, if the charge is severe enough, they might not allow you to enlist at all.

it depend,s on the charge,s and reason,s your on probation it can be waved but talk to the recruiter first and explain the sit rep in full no BS
