I usually drink between half a gallon to a gallon (64oz-128oz) a day.. but lately I have been slacking on my water consumption
I've noticed when I drink alot of water, my skin looks better and I feel better..

Generally, doctors advise us to drink 8 glasses of water everyday, but it all depends on your own body's requirement.
On a hot day, or when you exercise you tends to drink more. So it is up to every individual.
For those, with water retention problem, they should not drink too much.
For me, when I feel like drinking, I would just drink. I do not know how much I am drinking per day. How about you?

As many as it takes to satisfy my thirst. I don't keep count. That old bit about eight glasses was a misquote. It was originally "the liquid equivalent of eight glasses of water". Soup, the liquid in veggies and other beverages also count. Although water is better than soda pop, which I seldom if ever drink.
