Inheritance?

I have an inheritance coming it is probate no one is contesting it so why does it take so long? How long should it take?

It will take somewhere between 6 and 18 months. However, since no one is contesting it, I would guess 6 to 9 months. It takes that long because the courts are just that backed up.
