The obvious answer would be San Francisco, but actually I don't think that's right. Since GLBTQ people are about 10% of the population, it makes sense that the cities with the highest population (Tokyo, London, Toronto, Rome, Shanghai, and in the US, NYC and LA) would have the most gay people.
As for concentrations within a smaller population, it may very well be San Francisco, and Seattle is a very close second. Toronto is also very out.

Well I've heard Greece has the highest population of gay men, don't know about lezbians.
Maybe it's just a myth after "The Great Alexander" movie came out and apperently the guy was gay so they are just saying all Greek guys are.
Apperently though Alexander wasnt really gay he was just amongst man all the time, and you know how horny man can get so they started to engage in sexual activity amongst eachother, makes you think doesnt it? Can a straight guy EVER have sex with another man? Even if he was stuck for 2 years amongst man only? If they can, it says something about sexuality in general....that its "prefrence"....that we all have it in us to be with either gender but it all comes down to prefrence? I dont know....makes you think....

I am assuming San Francisco since it is the gay capital of the world. Are you looking for population or percentage?

I think we will never know, just because not every homosexual will come out of the closet. So it can only be estimated.
I doubt its Tokyo due to the conservative society, is probably a large city in western Europe or in the American coasts.
