That hasn't happened in any of the books. At least not yet.
Don't forget, Malfoy hates all the Weasleys for being muggle lovers, so it's not likely he'd ever kiss her.

Draco Malfoy never actually kisses Ginny Weasley. However, various fanfiction writers have created the draco/ginny ship, either building on previous interactions between both characters, or taking place in an alternate universe.

i'm pretty sure Draco Malfoy never kissed Ginny Weasley.. I could be wrong though, but i'm pretty sure he hates the Weasley family with a passion. In fact i don't ever remember Malfoy kissing at all, Ginny kissed Dean Thomas in the 6th book... but that's all i know...weird.

I don't remember that happening in any of the books-I know Ginny kissed Harry Potter, and she had a few other boyfriends before him. Pansy did like Draco though.

Draco kisses Ginny? I thought he said the Weasleys were 'blood traitors' and hated them. and wasn't it that guy, Dean Thomas? He kissed her in the sixth book. That's where Harry kisses her too.

I'm not aware that they ever got together in any of the Harry Potter novels. However, I'm sure you might find some interesting fanfiction on the net about that coupling.

That's never happened in ANY of the books. In plenty of fan-fiction, but never the actual books. I've read each (execpt for HBP) 11 times a piece, and that never happened.
