and leave him seating in a closed car all day?
What I really can't believe is that one else saw this poor child closed inside the car as well?

Yes, Sleep deprivation alone is enough to cause such a lapse in memory. A similar symptom can occur from sleep apnea which results in similar dementia. So tragic either way for all involved.

I heard about that too. It's just so sad. I think there is something very wrong with someone who has so much on their mind they forget their kid in the car.

That guy was some kind of hotshot. He had a BMW. I think he probably had alot of work stress but still no excuse.

I hope the kid is okay, and I hope the authorities take him away from his parents.
A little mistake is understandable, but a little mistake is leaving him in there for like 5 minutes before they remembered and got him out. This almost sounds deliberate and their excuse that they "forgot" in inexcusable.

Not to tell tales, (but I will), but my mom left me in the car one morning like that. She got to work and started working and all of a sudden remembered she hadn't dropped me off yet. I was a quiet child. At that time, I know mom had a heck of a lot of stress on her mind. It can happen. And it happens to good people who care about their kids. Try not to throw your stones quiet so hard dear, they may come back some day to hit you in the head. (And boy does it ever hurt to get hit with your own stone....)
