You could probably get away with aluminum foil or a plastic bag if you spray it well with non stick cooking spray first. But do NOT put the chocolate covered strawberries on either one of those things without first greasing the surface very well to prevent the fruit from sticking. Another idea would be to use non stick baking sheets or cake pans. It would probably be a good idea to once again spray or grease the surface with butter or oil to ensure the fruit doesn't stick.
