After watching Bill & his cohorts for 8 years I fear he would have done very little. He would have ordered a committee to hold hearings, then try to blame everyone else but his adminstration.At least GW did something. You may not agree with what he did but at least he did something.

He would have talked to the public about how horrible it was and how he would find the people responsible blah blah. Then is would let it go and do nothing. What did he do when the Cole was blown up or the first time the trade centers were hit? Nothing. If he would have prevented it, then why did it happen the first time? Or the Cole? Give me a break, he would have prevented it all he was worried about was getting BJ's and renting out the white house.

He'd probably just continue to get head from an intern. Then he would shoot some more million $ missiles at $10 tents & maybe hit a couple of camels in their butts. He may have even gone so far as to bomb TWO aspirin factories.

An interesting question. As to preventing it like the earlier answerer indicated....?? He is not living in reality.
Mr. Clinton would probably done much the same as Mr. Bush did. He'd have spoken to the American people as soon as he had enough information about what was going on and he would have promised to retaliate to eliminate any future threats like that.
In actuality, that is what Mr. Bush did, too. Everything else was just fluff and media circus from whichever side was reporting.

Like he said about every other attack we had, then
never hunted never punished.

Clinton will order to Military and Law Enforcement agencies to investigate who perpetrated the incident and retaliate aggressively by bombing their hideouts and countries supporting the culprit/s.
