I'm going to get contacts, and I was just wondering if they like bother you, or if you cannot even feel them at all. thanks!!!

I have contacts and they never bother me. Unless they have something on them and in that case I clean them then I'm good to go.

If you feel the contact and it is irritating you then you have it the wrong way and you need to take it out and flip it the other way. Otherwise, you can't feel them at all. DON'T SLEEP IN THEM!! You will get red lines on your eyes and they will get very irritated. Hope I Helped!

Mine don't bother me at all unless I wear them past when I'm supposed to change them, don't keep them clean enough, if I wear them for a really long time (like 16 hours) so my eyes sometimes get dry. But eye drops fix that right away.
It really depends on what kind you have. I have the Acuvue 2 week lenses, they are soft. If you can, get soft over hard, hard ones are much more uncomfortable according to my mom, dad, and sister! (They all converted to soft.) It also depends on whether your eyes are susceptible to dryness or not.
One tip! NEVER fall asleep in them, especially past a half hour or so, it feels really nasty and dry when you wake up and will make your eyes all red for a couple hours. (disregard this if you're getting the kind that you CAN sleep in, of course :) )

My contacts never used to bother me, until i slept with them in for about three weeks straight. (they weren't the kind where you're supposed to do that.) I got an infection, and had to go to the doctor. The infection is all cleared up but now i still can't put them in without my eyes going crazy! It's been two years. So.... I don't know. I guess, they won't bother you, but don't sleep with them in forever like i did.

Different people = different eyes.
I wear contacts and it took me a while to get used to them but i know people who are not suited to them at all.

Nah they shouldn't really bother you that much at all. You just feel them occasionally on the odd blink here and there. If you put them in and they feel horrible, take them back out, rinse them in a little solution and put them back in again, that cures it for me.

It depends on the person. Of course it takes some getting used to but for some people it just doesn't feel comfortable.

contacts irritate your eyes when dirt gets in . it can even be a simple thing like putting make-up on.

Try changing ur solution..maybe u r allergic to that. I m sure u must be using soft lens. Try using re-wetting eye drops every hour.It really helps! I guess u just need getting used to..wear them everyday and I'm sure u'll be fine in a week.

If you get them fit right they shouldn't bother you at all. If they do bother you it will only be when you are getting used to them, if they don't fit right, or when you have them in wrong
