The question is relative, it’s any time you want it to be, geologically I guess it’s about 6 billion years past lets say 1 O’clock or whatever time you want to start time at. In religious time, it would depend on your religion, Judaism would be 5,999, Christianity would be 2007, Islam about 700 and so on.
Probably the best answer to “What time is it?” was provided by Spike Milligan; “I know, I wrote it down on a piece of paper, here it is” (proffers piece of paper with time written on it)

The time is the time present, the moment now, in my grasp; the time to breath; the time to live; the time to love, and the time to be loved; the time to sing like human heart; the time to spread like light of reason in the mind; the time to think; the time to choose; the time to accept; the time to forgive, or to forget; the time to redeem; the time to heal; the time to recover; the time to acknowledge and admit; the time to do what you always wanted to do, and the time to stop doing what you always wanted to stop doing; the time to meet; the time also to part company; the time to see, the time to hear and the time to feel, and then the time to be seen, to be heard and to be considered; the time to wake us and relax; the time to go to sleep to wake into another dream; then the time to realise your dream; the time pluck a flower and then the time to feel sorry; the time to plant a tree and the time to feel jubilant; the time to die and then the time to be born again; the time to live, and live, and live again. The time to say good-bye, and the time welcome what is already in place.

With the world coming close to an end, it is feeding time for the vultures. Or, time for humans to change.

To me, it´s beer o'clock! Time to have supper, a beer and unwind a little at home before going to bed and after a day of hard work. I've earned it and will certainly enjoy it!
