the product in simple terms means that you could break down a number to get its square roots. 98 for example could broken down into 2 and 49. take the square root of 49--7 and take it and place it on the outside of the radical sign. 7√ 2/25
break down 25 the same way and take the square root out. (7 radical 2) / 5 i think is the answer. to brush up on your skills use this website. my.fit.edu/~drichard/P.3.ppt

back, it fairly is no longer the quotient rule or product rule. it fairly is an exponent rule using rational exponents. ( a hundred and sixty / a hundred )^( a million/ 2 ) = a hundred and sixty^( a million/ 2 ) / a hundred^( a million / 2 ) = sixteen^( a million / 2 ) * 10^( a million / 2 ) / a hundred^( a million / 2 ) = 4 sqrt ( 10 ) / 10 = 2 sqrt ( 10 ) / 5
