When starting a new birth control?? I just started the ring and my body is going CRAZY!! I am getting a couple of bumps on my face (which is totally not normal for me) and I am REALLY having BAD mood swings and I am cramping...like just light cramps like you have when you are on like your 2 or 3rd day of your period. Just strange.....any ideas?

You are throwing off your body's natural hormonal balance by changing or adding the new pill. Im sure the side effects will subside once you sort of regulate again.

I would recommend talking to the dr about this, especially because of the bad mood swings. In the mean time you could try taking some B6 either in a bottle by itself or as part of B Complex if your dr says it's ok to do.

As for cramping when starting out on the pill this doesn't sound normal to me so I would also recommend asking about this to see what the dr thinks.
