As a matter of fact, my new neighbors were telling me the other day that their youngest son was born on 9/11/01.

I believe Good Morning America did a piece on babies born on that date and had some of them on the air. You could try writing GMA via the ABC website and see if they can help you get in touch with some of the families. You could also try contacting hospitals in your area and see if they'd do a mailing for you. I doubt anyone would give out names and addresses but you might be able to arrange to provide pre-stamped letters for them to put address labels on and mail on your behalf.
