Oh no! Lol, the movies don't go like that! The movies go in the same order as the books.
Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone (1997)
Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets (1998)
Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (1999)
Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire (2000)

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince (2005)
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - NEW ONE(2007)
NOTE - The dates in () are when the BOOKS were published.
As for the grade levels, each book talks about Harry's different school levels as he goes through them. First book is year 1, next book is year 2, next is year 3, next year 4, etc. Get it? Go here for more info on that series and click the links for the seperate books:

The order of the books/movies is:
Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone
Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets
Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban
Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire
Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix
Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (soon to be released)
The structure of the schooling says that they are first years in the first book, and so on. Harry is age 11 at the beginning of the first book, and will be 17 in book 7, if that helps.
I would recommend this website if you just wanted to get a rundown of all the information:

As far as movies go, there are 4 currently out, the fifth (Order of the Phoenix) coming out in July. Here are the movies and books in order:
Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's (US)/Philosopher's (UK) Stone
Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets
Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban
Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire
Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix
Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows
Up to Goblet of Fire is out in movie form so far (with Order of the Phoenix out this summer). Up to the Half-Blood Prince is out as a book, with the final book (Deathly Hallows) out the same month as the fifth movie. The grades they are in also corresponds to the movie. In the first movie, they are first years, in the second movie they are second years, etc., etc..
As far as websites go, they are HUNDREDS (most made by fans). You could go to http://mugglenet.com/, http://the-leaky-cauldron.org/ (make sure to use the hyphens), harrypotter.com or [longversionlink] http://joindumbledoresarmy.warnerbros.com/ (official site for the movies), http://www.jkrowling.com/ (the author's official site, which has fun little hidden things ;]), http://hpana.com/ (for all things harry potter news), http://www.scholastic.com/harrypotter/ (the US publisher book site), http://www.bloomsbury.com/harrypotter/ (UK publisher book site), http://hp-lexicon.org/(GREAT site, which has a lot of info, JK Rowling herself joked that they know more about the books than she does, lol). and there are a myriad of fan made sites all over the internet! I myself haven't been able to visit them all.
