P0106 is for a Manifold Absolute Pressure sensor malfunction. It can be caused by a vacuum leak from a bad vacuum line or a leaking intake gaasket or it could be caused by a hung open EGR valve or by a bad sensor. You'll have to diagnose the cause to determine what to do to fix the car. It can be any of the above as they are all real possibilities so I wouldn't just go and repalce the sensor without diagnosing it first.
p.s.--Also, on some of these vehicles, if the valves are way out of adjustment it can cause the manifold vacuum to be out of range.
hope that helps
