C. ectothermic means that their body temperature is influenced by the environment. Used to be called cold-blooded.

Note: fish like sharks and rays are cartilaginous, but other fish are not.

Fish like tuna, bass, and catfish are bony fish, but other fish are not.

All of the above?, none of the above? The majority of fish are bony, but sharks are cartilaginous, most fish are cold blooded, but some tuna are warm blooded. So I have no idea what the best answer is
