hi the best thing to do here is speak to other shop owners and seek info on shop rents in that area you may find there is a small business group in that location you should become active with them they could guide you about these matters

Contact the sales or management office at the mall. Just about everything is negotiable, and if the kiosk has been sitting empty for a while, you may be able to get a better rate than the rates they have in writing.
