The minors I am considering are in French and Spanish. French being my native language and Spanish almost proficient(thanks to French + 5 years of it). Would this be too much? I mean in Biology and Chemistry there is a lot of overlapping though? And I really do want to have French and Spanish in my schedule.

Most colleges offer a double degree program in Bio and Chem there is alot of overlapping you can complete the degree in a normal 4 year period with an extra summer semester after your first or second year. My wife did this and minored in spanish and history. so it can be done. i would check into the double degree programs so your not stuck in college for extra time then need be.

There may be a lot of overlapping in Bio and Chem, but you must remember they are both Massive subjects. You couldn't possible cover every aspect of either one in a normal degree.
