There is no age limit for people to be arrested for physically abusing somebody else. If you are young you may just get in trouble or go to juvienile hall. But...if you are older it doesn't matter if you are 100.

I have seen it on Cops and on the news before. It isn't that common that people that old actually physically abuse somebody else, but if it DOES happen...they will arrest them.

It also depends on how badly the abuse is. If it is just a punch, well....they won't really get into trouble if it is alot more than that, then yeah...they will totally get into trouble.

Yes it is possible because I have seen it on Cops they both were drunk. I also seen a 79 year old lady be arrested for stabbing a 55 year old woman who at the time was living with her it was pitiful seeing a 79 old lady that was every bit of 80 lbs and the cops put her in back of the police car.

Yes it can. If she hit him she physically abused him. If she pushed him, she physically abused him.
