Hilton is a socialite who is famous for being promiscuous and having money.
Thus I would have to say Paris Hilton.

Actually Che Guevera, Whom was not much more than a socialist/communist terrorist, Who was personally responsable for the deaths of thousands in acts of terrorism and civil unrest, Who now is somehow idolized by an unaware consumer based populace, By far the most manufactured celebrity, And worse than the other two options good old Che is not here to defend his reputation or get a cut of the PROFIT !
