Why do want a new 1800? Do you have a frame that has room for the new motor? Are you building a custom frame? You might be better off getting an S&S crate or check out J&P Cycles. The new HD engine is going to require FI, sensors, O2 sensors, ECM, just to name a few. If you're building a chopper, look to the aftermarket engines. They are cheaper and easier to work with.
If you are set on a new HD, get an entry level and do it like you want it.

There are many companies that sell killer aftermarket engines of well over 100"
T.P. , Patrick Racing, S&S ,Sputhe, and a place called Enginuity has like a 150.
I suggest staying away from Rev Tech and Ultima as the quality is not very consistant, some are good ,some are not.
I have been running the T.P. ( Total Performance) my last couple of bikes. Lots of power( well beyond H.D.) and very solid.

Just drop by your local HD dealer and they would be happy to sell you one. The 1800cc(110cu.in.) is standard in CVO bikes, and is available as a complete engine, or a standard 96" can be upgraded for a small fee(about $4500) I know, because I have already sold a few this year.

Why would you want one? Their 1200 V-Twins already vibrate way too much an don't make much power. You're better off with a Honda VTX1300.
