the other 1% is either still open questions, or questions in voting.
they aren't "rounding" up or down........ if you look, you have questions that haven't been resolved yet. All of us do. The only way you will have 100% is if all your questions/answers are resolved and you don't answer any more

Yep! I have always noticed that! Mine is currently 9% and 90%. That equals 99%, just like yours, not 100%! We should complain about this bad math!

I think its sort of like a margin of error.
Some of us have a certain number of best answers and answers which make a percentage and decimal. Since its too confusing to use a decimal, Yahoo rounds down in which there is 1% that will always be gone!
