I would trust the pregnancy test results.. It sounds like you are NOT PREGNANT. Some pregnancy tests are accurate 4 days BEFORE your period is due.. with very high accuracy.
Isn't it possible that the cramps are premenstrual?
Good luck and see a doctor if things don't change soon.

I think that you should take another preg test just to make sure and if it is negative hey go to a doctor maybe the symptoms are something else but hey i have heard a lot of people say that when they want to get pregnant sometimes their mind make them think that they are and this actually happened to me once but found out it was a totally different thing so don't jump to conclusions until you know for sure that you are sometimes founding out that you are not can put down a little even though you thought you didn't want to be pregnant so dont get to excited yet instead wait for the facts that tell that u really are.

Nausea or morning sickness, Not all women feel nauseous and different pregnancies can produce different symptoms.
Frequent urination - the desire to pee frequently is a pretty good sign of pregnancy and can start very early.
Sore Breasts - are another sign of pregnancy but some women experience sore breasts before bleeding. Increase in breast size, soreness and the darkening of the nipple area are key. But if you pregnancy test is negative you probably should see you doctor and get a blood test done blood test are much more accurate.

Its a possibility and it sounds like you are did you take the test in the morning? if not do the test over and do it in the morning cause your morning urine has more hCG (pregnancy hormone) in it than your afternoon urine and if it's still negative than it might be to early to tell and you can wait for a week to take another home pregnancy test or you can make an appointment with your doctor to have a blood test taken since a blood test is more accurate then an urine test .Good Luck!

you should take another test a little later. And even though the cramps that you are having could be a sign of your period coming on, it could also be your uterus making room for the new baby. So, dont stress, just test later on becuase, if you are pregnant, your HCG levels may not be high enough yet.

You could be pregnant ! HPT dont always shows up positive in early days.
My sister took a HPT and it was neg when she was actually 4 weeks pregnant
i would wait another week then test again your period may just be late for some other reason.

I was 4 months pregnant before any test (including the blood test) showed that I was pregnant. This happen with both my kids the doctors say that some females hormones are different.

Most pregnancy tests say to take it 2 weeks after your missed period, just to be safe.
I would just get some from the dollar store and take it again. Good luck if you are trying!

Well you could be, but the cramping doesnt sound like it. Also the craving food would not be an issue if you were pregnant yet, but nausea might be.

It should have detected but sometimes it takes a week late. Try again in a few days.
