We are all born innocent and good. During life we divert from that original innocence through our own fault or from others. However we can seek to return to that innocence by correction and our Creator's mercy. That takes constant work and diligence with service to others. It will not make you perfect but it will make you better. I really hope you mean this question because it is a good ideal for us all and i praise you for doing something about it because we can always DO something about it!

The simplest way to answer this question is that in order to be a good human you must not only make yourself as good as you can, but also your fellow human beings. If you treat others with respect you should get respect. If you don't then you can qualify the other person as a "bad human."

This is THE question of the ages. Philosophers have argued this one since humanity developed the capacity to think on such a level. Now, the problem with your question is how open-ended it is. Too open. I will try to answer it to the best of my ability.

I will define a "good human" as someone who acknowledges that they are a spiritual being having a flesh experience. They are good if they treat others the way they desire to be treated. Of course, I qualify this by saying, they are good only if they are treating others from a spiritual orientation, not a flesh orientation.

To be completely Honest Christians have it down pretty good. Wether or not you believe in God doesnt realy matter, if you folow the guidelines set in the Bible you will be set apart, and all around good. You may say to your self, many christians aren't good people at all, well generaly they stray from or forget the meaning behind their beliefs. The
Bible is essentialy a rule book set up by God (Christian perspective) if He created man then He knows what is generaly best for them. Thusly He created a rule book for us to achieve a wonderful life.
Writen by man or writen by God, the Bible in general, or its teachings rather have been proven to, when followed, give said person an all around better outlook, and fealing on life. Plus, selflessness (the all around moral teaching of the Book) really does spawn happiness. So being a good person (aka Selfless as the bible would teach) should ensure a life of contentness rather than stress, which would be spawned of selfishness.

I hope this helped in some way.

I personally think nobody can be a good human being... but that's just me... that is because we all have the good and the evil side in us and there's nothing we can do about that. Although I believe that human beings can be BETTER human beings by respecting others and following the rules and such...

Respect others even when you don't agree with them. Be as honest, selfless and understanding as you can possibly manage. Show mercy and compassion to those who are broken and those who are weak. Be loyal to what's good and stand against what's evil. Be sincere and humble. Acknowledge your fallibility and strive to be a better person. That's the only way to be a good human. Don't try to achieve perfection--that's absolutely impossible. Just be the best individual you can.

I try to be a good human by living my life as if every significant human that I ever interacted with throughout life will attend my funeral. And that I can hear their thoughts.

So many things have been written and said about this.. and up to now many do not understand. Christ said it, Buddha told about it, Mohammad declared it, even Jimmy Swaggart retold it: DO NOT DO TO OTHERS WHAT YOU DON'T WANT OTHERS DO TO YOU. Pray to your Divine God, Think of Happy thoughts, Do good things, Care for the environment, Respect yourself - If you can practice these and have no guilt feelings or remorse while doing it, then you have found the answer to your question. Shalom.

as a start
u should have the will
first
believe in god and know everything happens for a reason
second
u should put others needs equal to urs
put ur self into others shoes
if u wouldnt like some one to do anything to u
do not do it to others
learn to forgive
as it is been said
forgiving is giving up that the past could have been different
be there for others
so they'd be there for u when u need them
don't fool ur self
and always confront ur self with ur bads
don't do things just to please others
there r many ways
but who am i to tell
just i wish u'd achieve whatever u really wants
