When she went back after doing Sun's ultrasound, she went to record something for Ben and mentioned Kate or rather said her last name. And since she's been getting busy with Sawyer, wouldn't it be likely she'd be pregnant? I mean, do they have condoms in the island? Oh, and in the previews she says to Jack that they should tell Kate something.

While Juliet was doing Suns ultrasound, she told sun that men's sperm counts increase 5 x on the island. I knew then that Kate was gonna be pregnant too. I just didn't expect them to confirm that fact so soon (on the recording)
If anyone has any condoms, it would be Sawyer, the hoarder, but he probably didn't have any with him the first time he and Kate had sex in the cage when they were prisoners.
I don't know how Juliet would know for sure that Kate is pregnant, though. Did the others ever ask Kate for a urine sample when she was their prisoner?

With the sperm count comment, I would assume that Kate will be prego. Can't wait to watch tonight.

I think there were definitely some hints to that affect, but we probably won't find out for a season or so anyways
