i had this toy since i was 3yrs old
it is so old that the tags wore out!
its like 12 in tall with 4in long hair...
wen u shake it, it makes like a hiccup laugh sort of noise....
can u help my find out wat it is called???
any info will help...

I used to have one of these as well, but it got put into a garage sale... I wish that I could remember what it was called, because you have me curious about it now! If I find out, I'll see what I can do to help you! I remember now, its called a Jibber-Jabber! YAY!

If the noise is in the stick part, they used to sell these type items in gift shops at hospitals. You may wish to ask an older volunteer that works at UMColumbia. They sell lots of items like that. Take one of the pictures with you.
