how can i get songs from itunes onto my ipod, my hearddrive crashed so now it doesnt recognise my ipod and it wont let me!

You don't have to use ITunes. I use Anapod from http://www.redchairsoftware.com/ and it is good. cheap software that allows more functions that the ITunes software does.

Take your computer to a local Bestbuy, then go to Geeksquad, tell them and they'll help, you might have to get a new computer.
