My window is 14 inches by 15 1/2 inches. Need an air conditioner. Any ideas guyz???

Your situation is why mini-split systems were made. Check out the Mitsubishi Mr. Slim, then check for different makers of similar systems.

I have seen window air conditioners small enough to be used in your window. I would Google "small window air conditioners" and see what you find.

Purchase a unit designed for casement windows. They stick outside twice as far as conventional window units to accomodate the smaller height and width,

Can't say I've ever seen one that small. The window is too little, can you go with central air?
