I can think of three ways:
1) Try changing where you do homework each day...and try to be creative in doing so. Go to the kitchen and do it on the floor (if it's not dirty). Do your homework under your desk instead of on your desk. Go to your backyard and relax while you do your homework. Just try to avoid the room with the T.V. in it, unless you vow not to watch it.
2) Take a five minute break after every half hour of work. Just let your mind rest and you'll find homework as less of a chore.
3) Once you're done with your homework, treat yourself to something enjoyable, like a cookie or a bike ride.

Think what you would do if you had to fend for yourself, provide your shelter, buy your clothes, car and gasoline, food, etc. Try to imagine how much that would cost.
An education gives you the opportunity to learn skills that you can "sell" to a future employer. The more education you have, the more money you will earn. School is tough, but it is finished in a few years. Your life will go on for years and years. Education will allow you to have nice things and live a comfortable life.
Study, learn, and feel fortunate you have that opportunity.

set a timer and after it goes off give yourself a little reward or a break of some kind. Don't make it too long of a break, then get back to it. It may take a couple of times through before you get it all done, but you won't get all stressed out thinking you're stuck there in that one spot until you're done.

Set rewards for yourself! Say "after I do my math and history, I'll watch 20 minutes of TV or something". You'll feel better after you accomplish something and then you'll have more motivation to continue. Set up good plans for the weekend or something, and remember, summer's only a couple weeks away! YOu can do it!

With exams I think study partners are a good idea because you can throw questions at each other.

if you have friends that are working in the same class sometimes you can work together to make things a little more enjoyable.
