I have severe anxiety & occasional panic attcaks & these things have helped me:
Deepp breathing exercises every few hours(it's worth going to a class or consulting a book or searching google on how to do this properly). this has been the most effective.
I take a multi-vitamin (the B vitamins are very important)+magensium on empty stomach in the morning+ hemp oil capslues (for Omega 3,6,9), you can take falxeed or cod/fish oils but they have only omega 3 & 6+calcium citrate (this is the relaxing supplement); this site has good ones & they also have buy 1get 1 free offer at the moment):
http://www.nutricentre.com/pages/search.aspx?search-catalog=Products&search-phrase=calcium+citrate
I also use crystal thepry for paick attacks, SODALITE crystal is very good, (you can get it on Ebay), simply plcae on stomach or if you get panick attacks anywhere else, for a little while. But it's very important to cleanse it first or every few months (esp. after stressful times) as crystals absorb negative energy. Simply place in full moonlight or place in brown rice for 24 hours(you can eat the rice after) or under running water but the brwon rice is best I think.
Also drinking water is good.
Hope this helps,
xxChoo

Valarian root is supposed to relax you. It's an herb, but it smells and taste horrible. Try seeing a doctor, maybe they can prescribe you something if your anxiety is that bad. I have xanax for when I have an anxiety attack. good luck
