its a puffy slieve coming from the sholder of a dress that keeps falling down and showing my bare sholder, how can i get it to stay on my sholder

You need to sew the shoulder of the sleeve a little shorter. Make a little tuck at the back top of the sleeve, where it meets the seam, and sew it or get someone to help you.
