You can spray a bit of hair spray on your shoulder and a little on the inside of the dress (as long as it doesn't stain) and it will create a bit of a sticky grip.

Cut a piece of duct tape about 5" long. Make a circle with the stick part on the outside and stick the two ends together overlapping aboun 1/2". Flatten the duct tape down put it on the shoulder under the sleeve and press sleeve down on duct tape and duct tape down on shoulder. The shoulder strap won't slide off. Duct tape has a thousand uses.

Puffy sleeve??? Hmmm... Something wrong with the fit or maybe it was meant to fall off.... In any event, shortening the sleeve would be one solution, but will require a professional to make the adjustment. Another quick solution-duct tape:)

You don't. I have the same problem. Guess I don't have very prominent shoulders, the straps are always slipping down.
Showing alittle shoulder though is probably kinda sexy, even if it's annoying.

Only other thing you can do is shorten the straps if it's at all possible.

It depends, if there like camis you could tighten the straps , but if its just a tank top theres nothing you can really do , its just to big for you! But maybe you could fold it over at the seam then sew it?
