When i got mine pierced, i was told to leave the piercing earrings in for 3 weeks and to always have earrings in for up to a year.
Go to Claires or call a place that does piercings. I should think as long as you have earrings in your ears....Nothing will happen.
Just dont forget to make sure the earrings you put in are clean( wipe the posts with rubbing alcohol or peroxide), because your holes are still healing.

YES - bad stuff. First of all, they are supposed to stay in place for one month, and treated every day [ with whatever ointment or liquid they gave you.]
Second, if the hole is not COMPLETELY healed, it will be very difficult, and probably very painful, to insert any pair of earrings. If the earrings are not clean enough, you can get an infection from the bacteria you shove in there!
After one month, you can put in a different pair - you should have them in at all times for one year.

Yes,probably. My second piercing is infected right now! It hurts so bad and I have had mine for more than a year and I have had my second hole done twice because they got infected. I really would not advise you to take them out . wait until 6 months! I highly recomend it unless you like blood and pain!

You are supposed to leave your post earrings in for 6 weeks after you get them peirced or they will be at higher risk for infection. and if you dont put them in right away they will close anywayz.

well, you might get an infection, or it may take longer to heal. i would wait the recommended 6 weeks before changing it, so there won't be any complications. if you do change it, though, be sure they're good quality (hypo-allergetic, at least 14 caret gold, sterling silver, etc.)
