Considering the tactics used by many lenders to get some less qualified home buyers to use ARM's to get a home I have no problem with it this crap on the other hand bugs the hell out of me, why doesn't it bother you?

If the Democrats rewarded stupidity and irrisponibilty Bush and his group of thugs would be rewarded daily for one thing or another. Since they are not I guess the Democrats don't reward anyone for stupidity and irrisponsibility.

Dems reward stupidity and irresponsibility because they think government should do everything for you. No one should have to be responsible for themselves. This is why money is automatically deducted for programs such as Social Security. They figure it will never occur to the average Joe that he needs to save for retirement.
If Dems didn't reward each other for stupidity and irresponsibility, they would never advance in their careers.
