I have 3 kids under the age of 10, my man is wanting to buy a game system for him and the kids.. Which would be better for my situation?

for that? wii.. not only does it keep them active but it has more games that are more geared for that age group.. ps3 is a higher power system with more adult content games.. but it is also a sit on your butt system.. remember how the original nintendo revolutionized the gaming industry? in my opinion they have done it again with the wii.

PS3 has a lot more graphical power than the WII but you know that the WII games are designed for kids so if its for your kids the WII is the cheaper and best otion for you!

i feel that wii is the better of the two.. i personally own a wii and the interactivity is very fun.. there are some child like games for the wii but there are also the more adult games(madden, godfather, call of duty 3). the wii has good picture quality but unlike the ps3 it isnt high def.. but you would need to go and buy a high def tv for the ps3 to fully experience the graphics...

Yes even i had a hard time trying to figure out the features of ps3, till now i havent completely figured out everything, but game play is awesome.
for little kids the wii would be a wise choice as ps3 is a bit more fragile.

for the kids id say wii. its more of a kid friendly system. not much for kids yet on ps3, but u can play ps1 and ps2 games on it. ur man would like the ps3 more but for the whole fam go with the wii

well ps3 is way to complacated for little kids and it is very expensive the ps3 has good graphics but you need a hdtv if u want to see the good graphics you should get wii it has mario games that are fun for little kids and theyll like it

the ps3 is a much better console but for young kids it is a little to complicated and the wii is alot easyer and fun for kids and adults and when they grow up it will still be fun for them
