since large masses attract each other the earth would probably stay together. Lava might flow out of the crack and fuse it back together.
Also since the earth is spinning both halves would keep spinning normally because of their momentum. I would say not much might happen except for maybe a hot pressure release from the earths core and cause earthquakes and floods.

Gravity would cause the two halves to come back toward each other, resulting in the most spectacular earthquake imaginable, and probably a life extinguishing series of volcanic eruptions, etc.

The Earth woul then be slicedin two haves. Both halves would fly irregular through universe [but still around the Sun]. Life would be destroyed for sure.
But no fear! Such thing cannot happen due to peristent battle od Angels against daemons

If it was a neat slice, its gravity would probably hold it together.
