I took a pregnancy test on Friday came up positive. Based off when I ovulated I think I'm about 3 weeks and some change. I just went to the bathroom and when I wiped there was a fair amount of blood on the toilet paper. It was light pink in color, much lighter then a period. Could I be having a miscarriage? I'm not in pain and I'm not cramping. Earlier in the week I was cramping but not today.

You are just spotting - possibly implantation bleeding. 25% of women spot while pregnant. I wouldn't worry unless you start cramping (worse then a period), or it gets heavy (you will wear a pad). If this happens, schedule an appt so you can get an ultrasound. At this point, relax and don't worry!

try not to worry too soon as it is common to spot bleed and have light cramps in early pregnancy.
i would advise you see your doctor or go to emergency just to be on the safe side and put your mind at ease.
if you said it was a lot of dark red colored blood then id be more worry but because its pink its probably just one of those things and the baby is fine.
but please get checked good luck and congrats.
also the doctor will calculate how many weeks you are by the first day of your last period so your probably more like 4 half weeks approx.

i don't think you are having a miscarrigae due to that you are not feeling no pain and no cramps and your blood is not bright! but just incase talk to a doctor or just go to the e.r. room! even though it's still to early to detect your baby via ultra sound! but i am pretty sure everything is allright! i had the same thing but i was 6 weeks pregnant! it was light pinkish too! and this never happened before on my first pregnancy so i called my ob and they put me on light duty and bed rest! then after that like a couple od days later i got the light smudge of pinkish blood. and i decided to go to the hospital. they checked everything even an ultrasound and i saw my baby's heart beating! anyways they explained that it was a small subchorionic bleed! and had nothing to do with the baby! so when in doubt talk to your doc or go to the hospital! congratulations on your baby!

Well if it said you were pregnant then you are. You could be having some complications and I would go in and see an OB doctor right away or better yet go to the ER!

If you are you shouldn't be sitting on the internet asking any ?'s on YA you should be trying to get to your nearest emergency room to save your babies life

Maybe it is implantation bleeding, which occurs a few days after conception. If you start to bleed heavily then call your OB.

It could be stating to miscarry, but it also could be nothing to serious, go to a doctor to check
