yes but you need to add causes you to throw common sense out the window, lose sleep, act like a raving lunatic, turn into an absolutley hopeless romantic fool, and become a passionate servant.

Yes, but I don't mean no disrespect but it is not a particular person but sex does that 2 me everytime.( The act of good sex) Everytime I meet Mr. Sex I get heart pounding, sweat all over and breathless.

i met that person 12 years ago , he still makes me feel like its the first time i seen him. my heart still beats fast, so i guess your heart knows its the true one for you, So if you follow your heart, you can't go wrong.
