yes. I worked for two years in a small village of Guatemala, where the people (most of them indigenous) have been neglected (if not abused) by their own government. I work on documentaries and use an anthropological approach to do just that: pay attention to the people that nobody else does.

well, I do that sometimes. I tend to identify myself with the outcast of a group. I don't know why... it's maybe because I was a single child and kind of lonely till a certain age, still I usually seek for their company. and as a teacher, I trusted and helped a few like that. those who look weird to the others but they are far more intelligent

Yes , everyone has a story to tell . So if I have the time to listen I will pay attention to the less fortunate in our society . Unless they are going to ask me for money.

Yes i do that most of the time, most of them are shy or lack of confident so i guess the reason i do it is to allows them to shine just like every one else.

Yes, I always cheer for the underdogs. For example, I like EmoKid, but take a lot of flack about it.
