How do you keep them from making so much noise? lol, Im deaf but hearing people have been looking at me and I asked my mom why and she said that because Im making so much noise with my sandals.. omg.. lol help!

Depends on the kind of sandals. Are you scuffing your feet?
This is an annoying noise, and is bad for your feet.
Are they huraches? They make noise no matter what.
Need more info to help you out.

don't wear flip-flops. Wear the ones with the straps on the heels to keep from making noise.

If they are in high humidity they will probably make noise, so try to keep them dry and cool.

omg.. that used to happen to me. dont worry the more you wear them the less noise they'll make. dont get them wet either. good luck !

it might be because they're getting old, my flip flops that i had held a lot of water after i had had them for a long time, go to target or old navy and buy a new pair, they always have them for really cheap.
