At the wrong place at the wrong time?

Most of my life, except one time I was at my friend Amy's house....glad I was there....

WOW, this question really got me to thinking hard! Ha ha...Thanks for that...
I would say that it's impossible to be at the wrong place at the wrong time BUT:
Many times I hear people say "right place, wrong time,"
OR
"wrong place, right time,"
OR
"wrong place, wrong time"
and they get it all wrong, and it irks me.
As today I heard someone say that folks were in the "wrong place at the wrong time," but the folks were in the right place at the right time, it's just someone else was in the wrong.
If you're doing the right thing at the appropriate time, and someone wrongs you...you are not in the "wrong place at the wrong time." The other person is just simply wrong, not you.
Correct?
Example of wrong place, wrong time:
Walking in the middle of the road when a car is obviously coming.
Being a victim of a crime, when as the victim you were doing the right thing, is not being in the wrong place at the wrong time. The perpetrator of a crime is doing the wrong thing, in the wrong place, at the wrong time.
Oh my gosh, I am soooo sorry for writing all that, but like I said, it really got me to thinking!

Yes on a doctors appointment when I am supposed to pick up my Daughter. I don't know why I have to sit for a hour and wait 30 more minutes just to be seen. Neeless to say I was at the wrong place at the wrong time. It just does not pay! Cough *Spit*

all the time. got shot in my knee at a bar and a few years later, a dump truck accidentally dumped the construction waste on my car. ok- i lied about those, but yes i've been in the wrong place at the wrong time before
