I'm just curious b/c I just aksed a question about Barry Goldwater Conservatism and got very few responses considering the average amount of responses of any question posed here. I wrote a disclaimer than I didn't want kids or teenagers than don't know anything about Goldwater or his brand of conservatism answering the question.
This question has NOTHING to do with liberal, conservatives, Democrats, Republicans, Bush, Rosie, Hillary, Obama or whatever. It is just a simple yes or no question.
I know a lot of kids and teenagers use Yahoo Answers. So who in here is actually old enough to vote?

damn, that sure got a lot of responses quickly.

I remember the LBJ commercial with the nuke going off in the depth (or reflection?) of the little girl's eye with the voice track of her counting as a child would. I wasn't QUITE eligible then, but I never missed an election since I was. That is why I am SO livid about the 2000 and 2004 shamlections. Down with Dictator Dumbya!!!

Confession is good for the Soul I was old enough in`74. But chose not to exercise my Right. Until I saw the need that we had with the likes of Ronald Reagan. It was so important that I help vote him in? I made sure I was counted. have been, ever since.

I am old enough to vote.26. I saw your question, it was a good question by the way. Not one I am capable of answering though because I wasnt around during Goldwaters time. I have heard my parents and such people of that age talk about him. They wish he were still around and they are Democrats.

Well, guess what? I am well old enough to vote and I do but I have no idea nor do I want to follow Goldwater. This crowd seems to be a little more laid back then most. Sorry friend.

I don't think that matters here. This is not a voting forum, it's a forum of opinions, questions, and answers. Kids think just like adults of voting age, and have a right to know what the heck is going on in this world.

I agree.... i have been voting for 26 years.
One thing you have to learn about this forum, many here are just looking to post questions and answers that are "Bush is the Devil" or "Libtards Sux". Many have no clue of substance and events. They just want to bash.
I have made many a question post with fact based opinion and only got 2 or 3 answers..... But, the "How many people here hate Bush" posts right near mine... pages of responses.
Its sad, really.

18 being the legal voting age means I'm old enough to vote twice.
