Montreal Expos (Canadian)

They used to play their home games at Olympic Stadium in Montreal Canada. The team played its last game at Olympic Stadium on September 29, 2004. The team moved to Washington, D.C. and RFK Stadium for the 2005 season.

This is a very old geography question which has been used by teachers for many years. The answer bank appears to be outdated. So this would be the most correct answer if you have to choose one of them. If you are to give your own answer then its the Toronto Blue Jays who play their home games at the Rogers Centre in Ontario Canada.

California is still in the United States, so the Padres and A's can't be the answer. Washington is also in the United States, so lets not say Seattle. Montreal is in Canada, but the team formerly known as the Expos no longer plays there. They did play some of their games in Puerto Rico -- which is also part of the United States -- before moving permanently to Washington D.C. -- which is not a state but is part of the United States.

Answer is: Toronto Blue Jays.

Montreal Expos don't exist anymore, they are now the Washington Nationals and play in D.C. Them and the Blue Jays are the only two teams that don't play in a state. The District of Columbia is still part of the US, though, so the Toronto Blue Jays are the only team that plays outside of the United States.

Actually everyone is kinda wrong. Since you said what BASEBALL team plays its home games outside the U.S it could be a team in the Japan league or whatever other league around the world. so technically there are a ton of teams that play outside of te U.S. but if you be more specific and say "what MLB team plays its home games outside the U.S then te answer would be the Toronto Blue Jays.

FYI: the montreal expos dont exist anymore(they are now the WASHINGTON nationals, and Washington D.C is in the U.S)

Of the four you listed, the Montreal Expos played their games outside the US, but they no longer exist. The Montreal franchise moved two or three seasons ago to Washington DC and became then Nationals.

The only MLB team that currently plays its home games outside the US is the Toronto Blue Jays.
